ICT Systems Manager - Finance & HR

We have an exciting new opportunity for an ICT Systems Manager to join the team in specialist areas of Financial Management Information Systems. As a primary resource of support for the Financial Management Information Systems, you will ideally have experience and knowledge of TechnologyOne Financial and Human Resources Management System.

An important aspect of this position is your ability to manage your direct reports on a 'day to day' basis with the support of the CIO. You will promote a strong team culture as well as lead, coach and develop staff to ensure standards of excellence are achieved and maintained.

If you have at least 5 years' experience in supporting applications, user acceptance testing, documentation, issue management, configuration changes and training & database management; including working knowledge of Technology One in either of these specialist areas, then we want to hear from you. This position will ensure the Foundation's applications and systems are effectively supported to minimise the risk of any system related disruption to our business activities.

Superior customer service skills accompanied with the ability to diagnose user requirements and identify root cause are absolutely essential for this role. Project management experience is also an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong relationship building skills are equally important. You need to be a team player and be comfortable assisting with other tasks when required.

This is a busy and varied full-time role working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with flexibility around the working hours. As part of the project team this role is located in Grafton in our Group Office. You will also require travelling to different sites, so you must have a full clean NZ driver's license.
