Selwyn Bureau is seeking Registered Nurses to join our team on a casual basis to work at Selwyn Retirement Villages in the Waikato region.

We have positions available at both Selwyn Wilson Carlile, Hamilton and Selwyn St Andrews, Cambridge.

The benefit of being a casual Registered Nurse is that you get to pick the hours and location you are available to work. Make your job fit around your lifestyle. Whether you want part-time or full-time hours, YOU CHOOSE what suits you! Shifts vary from AM, PM and nights during the weekdays and weekends - you choose what shifts you want to work. Ideally, flexibility with shifts is desirable and reliability is essential.

This role involves being a good leader and having effective problem-solving skills, as you will lead the clinical care provision within the care home. Reporting to the Care Manager, your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to interact well with residents and family members of all backgrounds and to work with them on designing their individualised care plans. Reliable and trustworthy, you will pride yourself on your clinical expertise, compassion and respect for the person.

You must have a current and valid NZNC registration and APC. Current InterRAI training is also desirable.
