1. Saturday to Monday 0700-1330, Tuesday/Wednesday 1500-2130 - 30 hrs
2. Thursday/Friday 0700-1500, Saturday 1500-2130, Sunday 1500-2300 - 28.5 hrs
3. Monday 0700-1500, Tuesday 0700-1330, Friday 0700-1500, Sunday 0700-1500 - 28.5 hrs
4. Wednesday to Sunday 1600-2230 - 30 hrs

About the role

As a Care Partner, you'll provide high-quality personal care and support to residents, including:

• Personal care, mobility support and daily living assistance
• Supporting meals, hydration and wellbeing
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' condition
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Working closely with Registered Nurses and the wider care team

About you

You will be compassionate, reliable and committed to delivering excellent care.

Essential requirements

• Minimum 2 years' New Zealand aged care experience in hospital-level care
• Experience supporting residents living with dementia
• NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing (Level 2-4) or equivalent
• Permanent New Zealand work rights
• Strong communication and basic computer skills
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role
